Every booking includes exclusive use of the entire building for one event. Tours are by appointment with owner Rick.

- **On-site parking** — complimentary; valet coordination available for larger events
- **A/V** — in-house projector and full sound system
- **Event lighting** — customizable for your brand or theme
- **Open vendor policy** — bring your own caterer, bartenders, and planner, or use preferred vendors
- **Load-in** — ground-level bay doors for vehicle reveals and large staging; wheelchair accessible
